American National University will be able to review your admissions package upon receipt of the below documents. The minimum requirement for admission as an undergraduate student is a high school diploma.

Transcripts and additional documentation may be required. Please fully review the requirements before submitting your application. You may authorize the university to charge your credit card or you may enclose an international money order with your application.

Transferring to American National University
Are you an International Student currently studying at another institution within the U.S.? Do you currently have a student visa? Have your been accepted to American National University and need to transfer your immigration record to ANU?
Simply complete a copy or our transfer form to be completed by you and your student advisor at your current school. Once the form is completed you will need to return it to our office along with a copy of your current I-20. If you have questions about the process please contact the Director of International Enrollment Office at 540.986.1800.
If you have completed college or university coursework, you must submit official transcripts for your completed course work.

You will receive two forms:
Form I-20, Certificate of Eligibility for Non-immigrant Student Status SEVIS Form I-901
The Student and Exchange Visitor Information Service is part of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, a branch of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
Use your Form I-20 to complete Form I-901, and submit $200. This is required in order for you to be able to receive an F-1 or M-1 nonimmigrant visa to enter the U.S. as a student.
Please note that the fee must be paid and a copy of your receipt must be presented to the U.S. Consulate in order to receive a student visa.
