Phyllis Bowling has over 35 years of experience in the medical field, including obstetrics, labor and delivery, pediatrics, information systems, and staff development. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Morehead State University and serves as Nurse Administrator of Continuing Education at Pikeville Medical Center. Phyllis is an ACLS Instructor, PALS Instructor, BLS Instructor Trainer, BLS Instructor, and Neonatal Resuscitation Instructor for the American Heart Association. She serves as chair of the Nursing Department at the American National University Pikeville Campus.

Robert Damron holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematics, a master's degree in Public Administration, and a master's degree in Education with an emphasis in Math. He served in the U.S. Air Force for 20 years, where he achieved the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, and he worked for the Pike County Board of Education for 16 years. Robert has been an instructor at the National College Pikeville Campus since 2009.

Madeleine Hall has been a registered nurse for 36 years. She has worked in the psychiatric unit, respiratory ICU, medical surgical unit, and in the ER for 15 years. She has been a staff development specialist for the past five years. Madeleine is an instructor at the National College Pikeville Campus.

Samuel Hatcher worked in the banking industry for 30 years. He was a Senior Examiner for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and held various positions, including Vice President and Auditor for Citizens Bank and Trans Financial Bank. Samuel holds an Associate degree from Prestonburg Community College, a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce from the University of Kentucky, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Morehead State University. He serves as chair of the Accounting Department at the National College Pikeville Campus.

Matt Hawkins has held several positions within the telecom and IT support industries. He has served as an IT consultant, telecom reporting analyst, product manager and currently serves as the Media Marketing Manager for Lightyear Network Solutions of Kentucky based in Pikeville. Matt received his Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. He was a regular technical content contributor to the Microsoft Knowledge Base and has served in technical training capacities with previous companies. He currently teaches computer and IT fundamentals courses at the Pikeville Campus.

James Cyrus Hess holds extensive experience and numerous certifications within the Emergency Medical Services field. He is currently the Paramedic Program Department Chair/Director of Health Science Education at American National University as well as a Paramedic/Education Supervisor at Appalachian First Response, and Level III Instructor/Evaluator at the State of Kentucky and National Registry.
Previous positions include Paramedic/Supervisor Pike County at Questcare EMS Ambulance Services, Paramedic/Education Supervisor at DHP Ambulance Service in Pikeville, KY, and Paramedic Instructor & Director at H&S Advanced Emergency Training in Pikeville.
